This is me! I love the act of creating space, especially when my clients want a project to be the best that it can be. I love working out the site opportunities from every direction and maximizing all the opportunities the site and Building offers. Especially while incorporating and addressing as many green issues into the design package. That is my passion! That is the passion of JHAI and my staff. When you bring us onto your team and watch what and how we go about our business, you will see that passion! At the first initiation of a project my mind is circling and the puzzle is being processed. I dream of the opportunities, the design happens in my sleep. I wake up excited to start the day. Each night the design is processed while sleeping and even when the design is not yet on paper my mind is checking all aspects from many different directions checking if I’ve missed anything. This is all done sub-consciously. I even plan check issues this way. It has worked for over 40 years the same way. Even code issues can be worked out in this manner. Getting the idea on paper is the next step and it happens very fast. Sometimes my clients watch me design right in front of their eyes. This is the fun part of the job. This is not work for me.
